In this community-sponsored workshop, participants will explore the deeper roots of anxiety and learn practical, compassionate ways to support emotional wellbeing.\nLed by Andrea Dyck, M.A.C.P., Canadian Certified Counsellor, this session focuses on understanding anxiety through the lens of relationship, play, and safety.
