Eden Foundation commits itself to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL) in which Commercial Electronic Messages (CEM’s) will be sent only to those from whom consent has been received either in the context of an existing relationship or if recipients conspicuously publish their electronic contact information or voluntarily disclose it without indicating they do not want to receive communications.
Each CEM originating from Eden Foundation will include with it the option to Opt-out from any further CEM’s from our organization. Having received an UNSUBSCRIBE message, no further CEM will be sent to that address until such a time as the recipient indicates otherwise.
Names, addresses or any other descriptors that identify correspondents with Eden Foundation are not shared with any other entity outside the organization.
