Steinbach – Recovery of Hope – Roots of Anxiety Workshop

Anxiety is increasingly shaping how we live, relate, and respond to the world around us, for both adults and children. In this community-sponsored workshop, participants will explore the deeper roots of anxiety and learn practical, compassionate ways to support emotional wellbeing.

Led by Andrea Dyck, M.A.C.P., Canadian Certified Counsellor, this session focuses on understanding anxiety through the lens of relationship, play, and safety. Together, we’ll explore why anxiety is on the rise, how it shows up differently across ages, and how to respond in ways that are attachment-safe and developmentally appropriate.

This workshop is designed for adults, parents, caregivers, educators, and community members who want practical tools to foster resilience, connection, and emotional health, both personally and within their families.

Thanks to community sponsorship, this workshop is offered at no cost, though registration is required due to limited seating.

Andrea Dyck, M.A.C.P. is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges. Andrea’s approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on connection, safety, and relational healing.
