Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Housing and Supports Program Director, and in partnership with the EMHC Program Director, the Housing and Supports Manager plans, directs and coordinates housing support services. This includes the Linden Place program, the Approved Homes, and Community Choices Drop-In. The Housing and Supports Manager also provides case management for each of the Linden Place residents using a Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery approach and acts as a clinical resource to Residential Worker staff.

– Graduate of an accredited post-secondary education in Health-Related Social Sciences (e.g. BSW, BScMH, BScPN, BN, RPN, OT).  Other relevant educational qualifications and experience may be considered. 
– Active license and registration to practice as required by professional association and provincial legislation.
– Current 1st Aide Certification required.
– Certificate in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) an asset.

– Previous management experience preferred.
– Experience in Mental Health preferred.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and gives direction to the Residential Care Workers, including orientation, supervising and scheduling.
Provides case management to residents at Linden Place.
Provides administrative support for Residential Care Homes (Approved Homes).
